HOSHI BY A&T – RETURN POLICY 

At Hoshi by A&T, your satisfaction means everything to us. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and stress-free. Here's how returns work:

WHEN CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?

  • You received a damaged item
  • You received the wrong item

In these cases, we’re happy to repair, replace, or exchange the product.

RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED IF:

  • The product is used, washed, or altered
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery
  • The item is personalised or custom-made

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

  1. Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hoshibyat.sales@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, ship the product to us at your cost:

  1. After we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • We will either exchange the product or
    • Issue a store credit (valid for 3 months)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Return items must be in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories
  • We do not offer cash refunds
  • Store credit is non-transferable
  • Do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with upon delivery
