WHEN CAN YOU RETURN A PRODUCT?
- You received a damaged item
- You received the wrong item
In these cases, we’re happy to repair, replace, or exchange the product.
RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED IF:
- The product is used, washed, or altered
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery
- The item is personalised or custom-made
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
- Email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hoshibyat.sales@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the product to us at your cost:

- After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will either exchange the product or
- Issue a store credit (valid for 3 months)
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Return items must be in original packaging with tags, invoice, and accessories
- We do not offer cash refunds
- Store credit is non-transferable
- Do not accept packages that appear damaged or tampered with upon delivery
