If you receive a damaged or wrong product from Hoshi by A&T, you can return it. Just email us at hoshibyat.sales@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and packed in the same way it was delivered (with tags, box, bill, etc.). We do not accept returns after 7 days, and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
